i just found out that the word "bindaas" had been in the oxford english dictionary since 2005. that's hilarious! it's such a great word...and the english are such great thieves. ;)

what a beautiful photo. the proportions of her clothes/shawl/bag are all wrong, but girlfriend is working it. sigh, i can never manage to hold a long shawl and look graceful.
